A Poem for Mama

Mama, oh mama! You are the sunshine in my day,
the hug that makes everything okay.
When I wake up, I see your smile,
and it makes my heart dance for a while.

You tell the best stories, full of magic and fun,
with you by my side, every day is a run!
From baking cookies to playing outside,
with you, dear mama, I take so much pride.

So let’s laugh and play, let’s sing and cheer,
because having you, mama, is the best part of the year!
